Margaret’s goal is to build trust and long-lasting relationships with her clients. Whether they are first-timers or seasoned property owners. Margaret enjoys working with both experienced and new homebuyers and sellers. Her clients have appreciated her commitment and dedication to helping them through the buying and selling process.
Her fascination with real estate began in 2003 when Margaret and her husband bought their first house– a hundred-year-old bungalow in SE Portland. They thoroughly enjoyed the satisfying process of renovating it together and realized they wanted to continue. That first purchase started a journey still ongoing today. Since then they have renovated multiple unique fixer-upper properties in Oregon and Hawaii. Their current passion project is a Hawthorne district bungalow.
In addition to selling real estate, Margaret is a committed studio artist. She studied Fine Art at Portland State University and has worked extensively with master printmaker Hiroki Morinoue in Hawaii. Her work has been exhibited and several of her pieces have been acquired by Hawaii State Museum.
Margaret grew up in Oregon, but she and her family also lived for several years in Kona, Hawaii where they have a home. In her free time, she loves camping and exploring the Northwest with her family, making crafty projects, and cooking complicated dinners.
Margaret’s keen eye can visualize a home’s potential, as well as, recognize quality construction when she sees it. She’s a great advocate to have by your side when you are deciding on your own real estate investment.
