Kelley was always reachable; I honestly don’t think an email or text was ever answered back in more than 5 minutes! When it came time to negotiate repairs and get expert advice on problems, she asked questions and had suggestions that hadn’t occurred to us. She was on top of everything and held our hand through the entire process of finding our home. We had 100% trust in her throughout our search and would definitely recommend her to anyone, but particularly home buying newbies like ourselves!
