Marika was off the charts amazing! She really knows a lot about the market and was able to professionally guide me on what was good and bad about each house. She advocated when things did not seem like the right fit as well. She did a great job negotiating and also listening when I had input. She was available all the time when I wanted to see a house! She made me feel great about the process and kept the process simple.
