Nathan made buying a house out of our home state both smooth and uneventful. It seemed no matter what the question was or the time of day, Nathan was quick to respond with a detailed answer. He never made us feel like we were a bother or like the questions we asked were insignificant. The home we bought was occupied with renters at the time of purchase which made the process a bit more complicated.
