After many years of working in real estate, Eric recognized the need for a new, authentic, and visionary way to serve clients, so Inhabit Real Estate was born.
As your Realtor, Eric is here to guide, advise, and protect you. Any realtor can help you buy and sell real estate, but none look out for your best interests like Eric. Whether you need a savvy negotiator, a candid adviser, or a caring advocate, Eric works hard to position every client for the best possible outcome. From quaint bungalows in Portland’s picturesque pocket neighborhoods to major mixed-use developments in the city’s burgeoning urban environments, Eric is experienced at negotiating on your behalf with all levels of buyers and sellers. He will create clear expectations for all parties and produce results that match– All with a warm smile and a firm handshake.
When not brokering deals for his personal clients, Eric puts on his co-owner cap with his wife Kim and they jointly manage this amazing brokerage, Inhabit Real Estate. If you’re seeing a lot of signs around town it’s because we are now more than 30 independent brokers strong!
Personally, Eric is passionate about competitive cycling. If he’s not on his bike, you are likely to find him on the sidelines cheering on the junior bike racers that he sponsors.
Most clients remark that Eric is unlike any Realtor they have ever met. As a real estate partner, he is composed and unhurried, without a whiff of salesy manipulation. Eric attributes his manner to his home life — with two busy children and a working spouse, he knows the importance of having the perfect place to come home to. A house is your family’s retreat and haven. Choosing it cannot be rushed or compromised. When you are ready to get started, Eric will be pleased to make your acquaintance.
Eric also serves on the 2021-2023 PMAR Board of Directors, and the 2022-2024 RMLS Board of Directors. He is a Diamond-Platinum member of the Masters Circle and Earth Advantage Certified.
I have all the confidence in the world that I could not have found a better home and that I could not have done it without you. Thank you once more for all of your patience, knowledge, kindness and advocacy on my behalf. I feel so fortunate to have met you and to have had you as our agent.
Eric is very laid back and patient, and really listens to you when describing what you are looking for. This was my first experience buying a condo unit, and Eric was very knowledgeable about what I needed to understand about this type of purchase. This helped me move with confidence through the transaction.
Eric is a good family man with a very nice demeanor and was very easy to work with. He really knew my area (Southeast) and priced my home competitively. He had good ideas on how to make my home attractive to buyers, he kept me well informed during the process, and he and his assistants were always available.
Eric was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job of setting our expectations. His integrity and knowledge of the local real estate market are top notch. He has given us excellent advice. And he has the patience of a saint. The home selling process can be pretty stressful, but with Eric that stress was minimized and our goals were realized.
What I like most about Eric is his laid back, calm approach. He never seemed pushy or rushed about our process, and he never tried to sell us on anything. It always felt like we had control, without influence, over our decision to buy. Eric has been a great resource to us even after we closed on our home by offering lender, broker, and construction contacts.
Eric was very professional and knowledgeable. My situation was very difficult and he was able to balance motivating me through the process while understanding what a rotten circumstance I was in. He didn’t sugar coat it or ask me to spend money I didn’t have; he simply laid out the process and walked me through it. I would (and have) recommended Eric to friends.
