  • Together we will decide on the specifics of the house or property you are looking for and agree on search criteria.
  • At this point, we will discuss and arrange financing through a chosen local lender.
  • We will set a customized action plan and get started.
  • You will receive daily emails of listings that meet your search criteria from your agent.
  • We will scour online inventory with your interests in mind.
  • When a home catches your eye, we will organize the tour and coordinate a visit.
  • Love the space? Do the numbers work too? Time to write an offer!
  • Your agent will handle the details of submitting the offer and managing the negotiation process while keeping you updated every step of the way.
  • Escrow is opened at a local title company with help from your agent.
  • Escrow is a neutral third party responsible for title search, transfer of title, insuring clear title, and moving money.
  • The title company or escrow officer facilitates the agreement between you and the seller.
  • A professional inspector conducts a thorough home inspection.
  • Repairs are identified and negotiated with helpful recommendations from your agent.
  • If a lender is involved, the property will be appraised.
  • We will schedule necessary signings.
  • Escrow will be closed and the deed will be recorded.
  • Funds will be disbursed.
  • Take possession of your new home.

  • Your agent will do a comparative market analysis for your home. This will entail analysis of the homes for sale or recently sold that are closest in proximity, amenities and condition as yours.
  • At a time convenient to you, you will meet with your agent for a second time to discuss pricing strategy.
  • We will agree on a listing price that hits all of your requirements.
  • With your agent’s help, you will review and sign a listing agreement.
  • We will create a customized marketing plan that suits you, your property, and your goals.
  • Your agent will work with you to mentally and emotionally prepare for the sale of the home.
  • The home will be cleaned, decluttered and staged.

  • Your agent will organize showings, broker tours, open houses, special events, and more in order to get the most exposure for your listing.
  • As offers are received, your agent helps with negotiating terms according to your best interests.
  • Appraisals and inspections are conducted.
  • Repairs are negotiated, scheduled, and conducted with your approval as needed.
  • Once any repairs have been completed, title is cleared and all financial contingencies fulfilled, it will be time to sign documents.
  • Your agent informs you as soon as the title company releases its wire and the county records the sale. Sold!
